SunEdison Routs Tepper’s Vivint Solar Injunction; SUNE Stock Rockets + 31% and
nothing Tepper can do about it BECAUSE
1)SUNE's legal team is better and stronger than his.
2)The court is bigger than Tepper.
3)Tepper is NOT a God.

He(Tepper) can decide on Monday, he can try to SAVE his face... but that's all What he can do.
He's shorting SUNE ? He'd better BUY SUNE shares to cover his short postions before the Vivint deal is closed by March 18, 2016 because SUNE stock will return to its 52wk high of $33. per share.

FYI: He will have to cover his short positions soon AND WE, investors, will take all of his money when he covers his short positions.
