This is one of the most flagrant misrepresentations of fact that I have ever read -

No one denies LPC is among the last places a company wishes to go for cash.

Should AVXL actually decide to allow LPC to buy shares, then AVXL will dictate the price that LPC pays for shares and AVXL will not issue any warrants for the shares purchased.

I know of only two better possible financing options -

1.) A big name fund that pays market value for shares, without warrants, and could possibly attract other buyers for AVXL.

2.) An entity that is willing to pay above market price with no warrants attached.

Dr. Missling is not an idiot.

His career experience also includes working as an investment banker in the healthcare practice at Deutsche Bank, serving pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostic companies, as well as serving as the head of healthcare investment banking at Brimberg & Co. in New York.
