Let me tell you, you don't want to get caught between a fat-assed government bureaucracy and a bunch of game-playing “lawyers” - it's heads they win and tails you lose.

I don't see this CEO, Missling as a game-playing type. He knows that he has the goods, he has the products that are going to realistically/dramatically change how AD and other brain debilitating diseases are addressed. I don't think he wants or believes that he has to stoop to their disgusting level – much, much more is at stake here!

Lets hope he doesn't have to get into a pissing match with these fools.
