Good post but SUNE does not need to create any new subsidiaries to move debt frankly quite the opposite in my opinion. That's the main issue with their accounting and why many folks do not fully understand SUNE's financials....heck I have trouble with them and I am an accountant.

As for loading zone...guess it depends on each of ours goals and style of trading. I thought previously the 2's and 3's were the loading zone but to my happiness it was the 1's where I really loaded.
