That's not what I was told by Scottrade when I called. They told me that Scottrade would maintain one cert for all JPHC/PAIV Scottrade account holders and would show the number of PAIV shares on each persons online account.

I'm going into my branch office tomorrow and see if I can get a straight answer. I agree this is starting to smell.
