Lets discuss the audit investigation that most likely is occurring. As an ex-audtior I can tell you from experience how easy this one would be. LP is basically head honcho in all 3 companies, so she or one of her close staff members can answer all questions about the 3 companies in one sitting besides the logistics being pretty simple too. And what a starting point, having all their sec filings to question including the stupid pathetic PhaseV trash compactor to refer if needed but I doubt it will be used much. When I did audits I had to go to original source docs to figure out what was going on, here you an use all their printed public info adjacent them and see if all is kosher. Basically all the work is done for the auditor, just has to have the filings and ask for back up and show check the paper trail. Only the important items will be looked into from a arm's length transactional point of view. Sure stock transactions that were done internally will be reviews which is time consuming but the investigators already to have something to check on i.e. Malik's relationship and pay and stock transactions & transfer from the company's side to begin with. What if there were no sec filings to question, what if Malik never came to surface. Harder to discover what isn't known that what is questionable. lot of headway can be made here in a short amount of time. And discovering previously unknown issues will be tagged along the way but as always those things are tough o uncover, like if you don't know what to ask, how do you get an answer.....these guys already know what to ask. I am not concerned in the least.
In fact this could be one of the best things that happened as of late, thanks to NW.
