SPDR S&P 500 (SPY)

another brutal day for me.
as posted, was stupid to try to daytrade today.
too many client distractions with too vague TA indications
and oil still ruling the day.

SPY & oil looked set for a drop EOD
but it didn't happen until the final couple minutes
right after i bailed.

should have gotten the 196 puts, which would have finished nicely green
0.62 to 1.00 at close, and easy to hold right til the final minute.

thinking i should just stop trading until this client project is done.
have lost nearly as much in the last couple weeks as i did in october.
after making back all my october losses just prior in the the january adventure.

forcing trades, leaving contracts riding on busy client days, etc...
just being stupid overall.
