orangeman i dont trust anything posted by round....those are his thoughts and recalections of what was said. who knows if hilal specified 600 million or if round had that number in his head and then assumed him and hilal were talking about the same thing.


the one thing i DO know is that if you add the 2004 o/s with 350 million you end up with the 2005 o/s !! that is from the SHM letters which i assume to be factual. i think the 600 million number was a misunderstanding on investor's behalf and NOT hilal's.


but you asked where the 600 million shares went to and i tell you it was 350 million that went to sroya holdings.

600 million was a false number all along. at this point i dont care who started it....it was over a year ago and as we can see we OVERESTIMATED the dilution as it was only 350 million.
