And who is going to pay for the notice? The transfer agent is not being paid anymore....that is the reason.

WTF are you not understanding...eh?

It shall sit until further notice....that is all. Any trade available will come about when the authorized is reached via common distribution/conversion.

When/if something arises...consolidation will happen....and all shall start again. If such....that something will be solid.
