The Nite block is retail... That is numerous retail orders in one place. I can put in a sell even thru ETrade and it will likely post there.
Nite does few institutional trades but a huge amount of retail.

I'm gonna put 25M at 2 in and let's see who they show up on... I'm with ETrade but I bet they show up on Nite or Cdel
