They mentioned before about substandard parts DUH......what's wrong with their procurement dept???

Something does not add up w/ this excuse again! I work for a big Defense contractor who when we have initial issues w/ parts from vendors we send an Engineering team to get up their A$$ to be sure there is a clear understanding of the problem with corrective action procedures. This should ensure that the next time these parts leave their facility they have been inspected to meet Spec/Performance to the upmost as to "Fully Ensure" that they are not coming back for any problems! Either management is BULLS**ting shareholders or dealing with one poor excuse for a vendor that is sole-source for this part!
I am not buying this excuse again, something more lies underneath!
