With Denville, WSGI traded over $1 million worth of DRNE shares to have an obligation of around $25K worth of WSGI shares returned.

The other $2.6 million worth of shares were sold to various insiders for a total of $475K which was purportedly for use in the development of the ARGUS. . .You can guess where that money went. . .
