For anyone interested in the actual viability of the company and/or it's product, there's information to be gotten apparently. The website is updated from Berthold's old one to one that is focused on the new company and it's product.

It gives the name of the product as INJEX. Searching "INJEX" gets a few hits. One of them.....

Both have contact info. I'd be curious as to how all these pieces fit together. If, in fact, they do. There seems to be a few inconsistencies. Some obvious. Others not so much.

Read the 8-K, for instance on what the agreement calls for. The R/S, for instance.
