They might pick up the phone or email the UK or Canada or any other countries where approval has been given to consult with their peers over there and ask them why it's good enough for them but not us. No lets stay with the peer agencies forget about who it might help. Yes the peers are important, nah. Just my opinion. Have a great day. What do you think will happen if they win their case against the SEC ? Will the FDA help the company move forward or keep stonewalling it? A wait and see situation at the most.
