How the Hell could Gary F Kimmons have told investors at any time he wasn't selling shares when the O/S increased into the Billions after numerous Reverse SPLITS?

Why are ESCU investors seeing a 2015 Reverse Split?

Why can't Gary F Kimmons MAN UP and address ESCU/EDWY shareholders for his actions?
