I will say this again, no way LP, a highly intelligent individual would try to charge a way high rent and pass it off as market rent in order to personally benefit. This wpuld easily be discovered by cpa audits and as you can see was found in their filings.
In another area, I rent out my apt in Manhattan Beach CA, it rents out for $5.00 per sq ft. I understand that it is not commercial and is in a nice area but there are also similarities with this example.
It is easy to back it out with all the internet info out there. this is kids stuff and LP is no fool. Try to find something else in which to hang her high, you will not find anything nefarious here gun slingers. She is once again innocent.
