Since there is no such thing as price manipulation it must be random coincidence.

For example, Hillary just won six coin tosses in a row, deciding the dead heats with Sanders in Iowa.

(nice of her to supply the coin.)

just having a little fun here, but you've got to wonder.

MM are supposed to provide liquidity to smooth out abrupt price changes but that power can also be used to set the closing price anywhere they want. Doesn't take a lot of resources in a low volume trading environment. so, if it's not random market forces then maybe somebody wants to hold it at $4.00.

Why $4.00? That's $1 pre-split.

Another misunderstood bio-tech I been following is also at $1 though in this case, unlike AVXL, it isn't deliberately being made to be misunderstood by external influences.

Nice round number.

You know, there's a whole niche in science that deals with the study of randomness...
