Is Gary F Kimmons a Con Artist?

How does someone run a company for over 20 years,sell Billions and Billions and Billions of shares and not ever generate REVENUE? How was this possible?

Question....Is Gary F Kimmons guilty of using Malicious Deception on Investors? If true that would be truly disturbing IMO :(
