1. The SA and JS team never met the court ordered filing deadlines to prove their claims....on either case! Duh! Can't win a claim without proof!. Obvious result? Plaintiff claim dismissed and back to State court. In State case, same result except! Counter claim IS in play!

2. Since the counter claim is still in play, let's take a look at the facts. First are the depositions where dumb and dumber confessed! Second, they confessed after being confronted with the hard evidence and really had no where to go. Caught in their own trap! Result. ..pay up boot boys!
