Those who try to tell the board that there are reams of evidence, etc, are the same ones who said there were reams of evidence to back the Federal Counterclaims. Rarely has anything ever been so wrong as that assertion. All the counterclaims were thrown out of court precisely because there were no witnesses and there was no evidence. It'll be the same story in State court. This whole thing is new state court action is about two things:

1) it gives MW more chance to scam people out of still more shareholder loans

2) MW thinks this will help him negotiate a settlement and get the patent back ... you know the one he didn't want ... the one he has all his minions tell everyone it was worthless.

It doesn't matter how much time he takes. It doesn't matter how much money (loans) he comes up with. Mr Adelstein is resolute. There will be no settlement.
