Complete bs. Ifus hasn't lost anything. Just bcs the case was dismissed for adding JS at the last minute 1. Doesn't mean there's no evidence; 2. Doesn't excuse or dismiss their confessions, including the confessions to crimes AND their confession they are losing the State case as the reason for filing the Fed case (oh I'm sorry....this bogus RICO nonsense is now exposed); 3. Doesn't excuse the boot boys for contempt in 2 cases for NOT filing docs as ordered by the judge (s); and finally, this so called "win?" With no evidence or proof a debt EVER existed? Pleeeease!
