Paul was on the ground floor when adgi became gtel including the entry of Huff. Paul worked for hornblower and moved on to Fordham Financial. It appeared that Paul investment banker and Sperry running the brokerage side. Many of the old shareholders had accounts with Fordham and owned gtel.

I have met Paul and adgi/gtel big investors in start up phase.
Paul went to investors selling packaged shares around $100,000 bundle and provided capital for expansion of gtel. It appears he did a stand-up job for the company.

I would listen to see what they have to offer.

I do not own shares of GTE but it was a good experience.
