WoW! now MW wants us to believe his allegations are fact. Yet, he could not provide the court any evidence, or even witnesses, to back up his facts when he was asked to do so. Consequently, all of his bogus claims were thrown out of court and the Judge caught him, red handed, trying to "smuggle" in an unauthorized claim.

Everyone knows that MW has no intention of following the securities laws. He shows nothing but contempt for them, the SEC and his shareholders. Now it appears he doesn't even know the law. His ignorance is astounding!!
