One of the things that I continue to like about Bioelectronics is that there is still silence regarding the FDA OTC clearance.

This speaks volumes with regards to the way their petition is being handled.

Since the law firm they hired to submit and handle their 510k took over the proceedings, we have heard "not a peep" of misinformation regarding anything positive or negative.

And, as we all know, it's only a matter of time before the FDA will clear the Actipatch for Over the Counter use here in America, as they had already deemed it in the best interest of its citizens having access to that form of treatment with their clearance in October 2015.
