If anavex did use a promoter then the suits are saying they 1 artificially inflated price 2 so the statement are false and misleading. If the information was based on fact like info on drug data how could that be false and misleading. To me these case has no merit imo. The fact is the data is showing if works. How much free advertisement do they need.
