If SS and management confirmed the production capability of their current facility, I'm still wondering why they need investment to set up MORE capacity...when they clearly have the ability in TX...at least for the immediate future. Seems like the second reactor was a waste of money (which they say isn't public info) if they aren't going to be producing from TX
