Moeclay is right except for 1 thing they have RS'd 3 times in the last 3 years and 4 times total.

Let me get this straight, they settle with Microsoft (lawyers get 65% of that settlement) they "sell" their company for $9 million they have "big news" coming and yet their stock is at .0002.

Strike anyone as crazy? These guys are liars, the CEO has come on this forum before and lied to everyone. They have sold about 600 million shares in the last 10 days.

This company is going to RS again, and again, and again. And by the way, their products suck. They have no distribution on either the mobile or the PC side.

And whoever started the rumor that something big is going on with TArget should shut up. Target would never do business with a company like this. They would never get through vendor DD. Give me a break.
