Should the Kimmons Family refund eDoorways shareholders?

Kathyrn, Gary and Lance per various reports and filings received compensation. But the recent Escue Energy S-1 states that since eDoorways's incorporation date of 1988 this company has never generated any Revenue

Should the three of them refund shareholders for losses?
