Is Escue Energy possibly committing Securities Fraud?

Is't this a great news for ESCU shareholders? :)

“I spoke with ESCU's management. They are expecting revenue this year.

The current narrative in the S1 is being modified to reflect the update.”

Is this possibly an example of Insider information?

Could it be that the Escue Energy Inc is using PUMP and DUMP tactics of leaking misleading information in efforts to try and sell shares?
