It's not that simple. I think the b/o is sooner than later and think-hope the price is higher than $5, closer to $10-$15. Maybe you make out well, so do I.

But to think this company is going out for more than 3X is just indefensible. I note you did not defend your remark, or answer what fundamentals have improved, and until you can provide that convincing argument, I think you are wrong in that opinion.

You say "It's all about timing...", but then immediately admit "No predictions when that will happen but it will". What if it's 5 years, or 10? or never? You must know Denner has taken losses on stocks, to nothingness even, before.

So what 'fundamentals' are so strong in our pps of $5.09, $950MM cap? Itemize by $cap if you would. TIA
