To me it's pretty simple.......If you think this is going down, SELL and if you think it's going up either HOLD or ADD. The past is the past and there is nothing that can be done about it at this point. If you have confidence in Denner (and his track record, expertise, business savvy) along with his positioning (Chairman, BOD, Management, Science, etc) that has taken over two years to setup, then stay the course like me. With a hedge fund like Sarissa, Denner is NOT spending this much of his time and effort for just a 2X or 3X on his investment. With that, the institutions are following, adding, accumulating and playing short term games to fake, bait and more. It's all about timing and as someone pointed out a couple of days ago the M&A environment will heat up after all the recent turmoil in the market settles down. No predictions when that will happen but it will. IMHO
