R/S Question: I think I'm seeing a trend in Pennyland to smaller-ratio reverse splits. For example, where a .troubled 005 stock does a 1:5 R/S. In past years most pennies might drop to trips and pull a 1:1000 R/S.
1 for 5 hardly seems worth the effort especially since such stocks continue plummeting after the R/S.
Does going with a small ratio split speed/ease the the FINRA Rule 6490 approval process?
Is anyone else seeing such a trend? Any ideas why it's occurring.
