They can not do a r/s as a no-information non filer and that is true. The tickers I have seen get sent to the greys are reporting companies who are current or at least limited information whether they are/were SEC or alternative reporting tickers. Personally I have not seen a 15-12G pinky get sent to the greys its ttypically how a shell gets preserved to be sold or used as a reverse merger, happens all the time. This is a shell and until someone takes it somewhere and does something with it is just a lotto gamble.
