Wrong and wrong.

"A) they cannot be suspended to grey sheets because they have filed to voluntarily de list and stop reporting. And B) They can not do a reverse split until they get current and then FINRA can approve a r/s."

Form 15 stinky pinks get suspended by the SEC for misinformation (among other things) and sent to the grays all the time.

Current with whom? Not the SEC. OTC Markets? lol! Getting current with them is like paying a parking ticket.
