No evidence and no witnesses equals no case. That is true in criminal matters and civil matters. It doesn't matter how long MW delays things, the results will be the same, i.e. total vindication for Energy Supreme LLC, Mr. Adelstein and Mr. Scivoletto. We've already seen step one in this process completed with a resounding defeat for MW and, sadly, IFUS shareholders.

The only thing in question is how many more people will MW fleece for "shareholder loans" before the end?
