Something doesn't seem right, not at all IMO.
I spoke with ESCU's management. They are expecting revenue this year.
The current narrative in the S1 is being modified to reflect the update.
Is Escue Energy possibly leaking imaginary information in efforts to stimulate trading volume?
Is this what Escue Energy Inc is possibly doing? https://www.sec.gov/spotlight/insidertrading/cases.shtml
SEC Enforcement Actions: Insider Trading Cases
Illegal insider trading generally occurs when a security is bought or sold in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence while in possession of material, nonpublic information. Insider trading violations can include the "tipping" of such information. Insider trading continues to be a high priority area for the SEC's enforcement program. In recent years, the SEC has filed insider trading cases against hundreds of entities and individuals, including financial professionals, hedge fund managers, corporate insiders, attorneys, and others whose illegal tipping or trading has undermined the level playing field that is fundamental to the integrity and fair functioning of the capital markets.
Not of the information being presented appears no where on the following links

I spoke with ESCU's management. They are expecting revenue this year. Where is the link that the public can view rightnow that proves the Company actually said this? If so, why isn't Escue Energy making this information available for the public to see rightnow?

Is Escue Energy purposely spreading false information in efforts to generate more trading volume? https://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/microcapstock.htm#WhatIf
Fraud involving microcap stocks often depends on spreading false information. Here's how some fraudsters carry out their scams:

Illegal insider trading refers generally to buying or selling a security, in breach of a fiduciary duty or other relationship of trust and confidence, while in possession of material, nonpublic information about the security. Insider trading violations may also include "tipping" such information, securities trading by the person "tipped," and securities trading by those who misappropriate such information.
Are Escue Energy Inc insiders getting desperate to generate interest via trading volume? Is Gary F Kimmons working with current Escue Energy players in efforts to create more trading volume?
Is it possible that Escue Energy Inc is possibly engaging in Microcap Securities Fraud? IMO something doesn't sound right :(
This is my opinion
