What I said is that Steipp has Engel eating out of his hand. If Engel had to eat the same stuff that Steipp is feeding us, I seriously doubt that Engel would have become a partner.

Engel is a private company and the CEO is held accountable to its owners.
LQMT is a public company and the CEO is not held accountable to its owners.

Why are partners of LQMT held in higher regard than the owners of LQMT?

How is it that partners have all the power and shareholders have none?

To avoid a debate, one may either IGNORE or SING a farewell:
"If they were right, I'd agree, but it's them you know not me.
Now there's a way and I know that I have to go away."
