Is the Escu information below a possible Huge Red Flag?

No I didn't. I said it's FOOTNOTED in the current EDWY audited financials as a SUBSEQUENT EVENT. It will be on the balance sheet of the Q4 audited financials. In other words, it's "official" right now.

Why the Hell didn't this company submit this information to Uncle Sam instead it was just given to the Otcmarkets?

Are you suggesting the Otcmarkets audited fins are the same as SEC Audited 10K filings?
