Yeah, but it took the SEC a long time to find Madoff and Enron too.

Point is, there are MANY questionable actions on the part of ESCU so far. Any little amount of DD should scare away reasonable investor.

I don't need to stick my hand in an alligators mouth to know that it's dangerous.
