What is going on with preferreds?
They were put in the OBS which is an escrow account awaiting possible payout.

Can someone please let me know if action is needed
Not at this time but if action is needed we will be notified.

If anything has changed for the better in regards to payout...
Not yet, but probably soon. Keep watching this board.
