Please tell me what is pathetic about this delay? I realize that your job is to spread unwarranted fear and uncertainty, but let's stick to substance.

According to you, these delays are over some promotional language. If that is all the delays are about, why is it pathetic to delay further? Remember, try to stick with substance - how is the company getting hurt by this? Are they UNABLE to promote off label because of this delay? Remember, stick with substance.

If these 7 months of delays/negotiations are about promotional language, I will be the first one to admit that the management are complete morons and will sell the majority of my shares.

BB made a good point that the timing of the next due date coincides with the next OB update, the first one after all the appeals have been exhausted, so AMRN could be wanting to see that NCE is OB'ed before agreeing to anything with 1A.

However, I still think this is RI related (fast track approval in exchange for AMRN not seeking PI). My prediction is that there will be one more one month delay and at the end of it, RI results will be released to AMRN and RI will halt.
