Part2 under legal proceedings says that Schreiber and his counsel reject FINRA's determination to keep IDNG from changing to HAWC and that they "intend" to file contesting same. SO, don't plan on seeing this trading under hawc anytime soon. Although he brought cash to the table and he and Klug are friends, Schreiber is.... justified or not, delaying progress with the cusip and name change. Not a deal breaker for me but very aggravating. Someone else may have a different perspective. Nice to see positive numbers. They are moving forward.
