I took a look at the docket sheets, looks like they ended litigation and are going to settle privately. As I am sure you know they will be awarded one lump sum for a licensing agreement which is confidential upon agreement. I would imagine as shareholders, once all is final we will have acknowledgement of the amount. I see some posts stating short term pennies, with a settlement of this caliber yes I can see that, For one I think many are underestimating the length a process like this takes. Two looking at past microsoft patent infringment cases I would think a buyout would be more cost effective for MSFT. I am new to the forum so for what reason do we see short term pennies? Has the CEO given a time frame on which they are to settle? If so its hard to believe anything firm. Can a distributor agreement put this in copper? I dont know
