I agree with all that you wrote but couldn't one be said in a different way. If NWBO gave Cognate huge monies, couldn't you say Cognate purposely bed NWBO to take the money out of NWBO's hands and put them in safer hands of Cognate? If that is the case couldn't Cogate give the money back at the right time. If the common denom of both Cognate and NWBO is LP doesn't that also mean that LP has the money still, it is just Peter robbing Paul so to say, os th money isn't gone, it is just protected right?
