Well, for what it's worth, VGTL seemed to still be a company at least as of January 19, 2016. That is the date that I emailed Malone-Bailey - the auditing firm listed in the September 8K from AA - directly and they confirmed that VGTL was still a client of theirs at that time. As expected, they did not offer up any other information about their dealings with VGTL other than confirmation of them as a client.
