If Chris really cares about this company and the direction it is headed in then he needs to steer it in that direction.

#1 - He needs to get the financing done. He opened up the A/S for this purpose and can now reserve the 1.25 billion sh for the loan. If he didn't or can't get the loan then the ride is almost over.

#2 If they are really going for the DOE grants then they need to submit in 2 days and we won't find out who was granted till summer. Unfortunately making the lab a mystery makes the news seem not plausible. However there really are DOE grant applications due in mid January so an aspect of that PR has truth maybe all of it. Will wait and see.

#3 Since they admitted they could not follow thru on 2014 and 2015 business plans due to lack of funding we know that the other teaming agreements have not had headway made on them. Announcing and not following thru damages his reputation irregardless of his intentions.

#4 Having a website point to an information resource that does not exist (ex. Agoracom ) and claims that are not true (ex. "Buzzcell taking order sep 2014" on the Buzzbar Suite website )damage their integrity so any interested investor will see these, see they are not accurate and see a scam. At the very least, they will see a management team with no focus, and no interest in making the effort to provide accurate information on their website.

Nobody believes Chris any more and the only person that fix that is Chris. So start fixing it or wallow in super sub-penny till the end of the line.
