Norat states in the filings that he will raise the a/s but the money will get CFGX back into trading with no r/s. If he wins investors win. Norat is in it for the long run and will never give up until he gets past the unfair damage done to CFGX and the shareholders. Norat will prove that all the harm done to CFGX and it's shareholders was done with malicious intent, then it will be Norat who will fire back. He may not be able to cause harm but he will cause good. IMO
