FUNDAMENTALS MATTER WITH SUNE? I am purely technical trader, and rarely let fundamentals cloud my judgement. I don't care about possible GREAT news or this or that...because none of that means a stock can move in your direction weather you are shorting or long.
A LOT OF PEOPLE relate SUNE to Warren Buffen and how the man thinks. Many quote him saying "buy on fear , sell on news" something to that effect. I don't know exact quote..because i don't care about the mans strategy. It works for him well. Now to get to the point...Warren buys company's with GOOD SOLID BASE. He also buys companies that he UNDERSTANDS.
SUNE has great product. Solar panel business has GREAT future. SUNE is the largest company with Solar on market. That is just my understanding. So a lot of people are hooked on that idea.
NOW , What people choose to ignore is its billions in debt. 12 BILLION is my understanding.
12 BILLION is the debt , i write this again, in case people who read this choose to ignore this statement because most will who are in denial about their current portfolio.
There needs to be healthy financials from the company when you jump in on the action.
There are many examples...VR% ticker dropped from 250 to 70 and bounced to 120.
American express had history where it dropped from 90 to 10 and bounced over 100...solid financials
The ONLY way SUNE can survive this is if gets bought out.
SUNE keeps dropping because company needs funds imo..
Look what happened to VPC&. Went from $6 dollars to 0.0005. AND NOW ITS HALTED. JUST FEW DAYS AGO
SOLUTION:
1. ? CHAPTER 11. CHAPTER 7 BANKRO. CEO WILL REPURCHASE THE COMPANY AT FRACTION COST.
2. BUY OUT BEFORE BANKRO.
