Cool. Off the topic of my head:

Ask if they can let us know if they submitted an abstract (or two) for ASCO! A PR if they've been selected once they hear would be nice. Also ask if they'll be presenting at other conferences this year.

FRa data is final in June/July timeframe. How soon after will they publish in a scientific journal.

Also ask about whether they did need to change NIH grant request over from Perez to Knutson, and if that's what the delay on hearing of whether they're recipients. Or was/is the delay due to the recent receipt of Orhan status.

Ask if Orphan status in TNBC was applied for. I got the sense they applied and that remains on the catalyst list.

Also ask about the patent pursuits with regards to FRa and this potential new CI partner. When do they start one.

Ask about Polystart patent, when will they know?

And then just shoot the breeze and have a great time during lunch and after. Nice escape from our frigid east coast temperatures. :)
