We have to dig through CVSU assets with a fine toothed comb to know what it's worth. As you are well aware, saying the BV is 7 doesn't make it so. We learned that with NDOL. As with any new company that doesn't have a large following in the private sector, or professional coverage, it's going to take time for the market to appropriately reflect and determine true value. Quite Frankly, I am dissapointed that FHAL management did not give us a heads-up that these negotiations were proceeding. Right up until it was announced we thought we were dealing with the old FHAL, Mike Alexander was talking about the trucking logistics and Amazon log extraction possibilities, all the while knowing this deal was down. He didn't even say that they were in discussions with a merger candidate. I don't like that kind of secrecy.
Still, we should concentrate our efforts on DD on CVSU and get on with that.
